Shipping & Returns 

Shipping

Each Studio MĀCHA piece is made by hand with care, and the same attention goes into how it’s wrapped and shipped to you. Orders usually ship within 5–10 business days, unless noted otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, timing may vary due to weather, holidays, or other unexpected delays beyond our control.

Please double-check your shipping details when ordering — we want your piece to find its way home safely.

Damages

If something arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the packaging and the piece. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Every creation is one of a kind, which means we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We hope you love your piece as much as we loved creating it.

International Orders

We’re happy to ship internationally when possible. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
